The tooth surface should be regularly cleaned of debris and coated with corresponding grease.

After the precision slewing bearing has been in operation for 100 hours for the first time, the pretightening force of the bolts should be checked.

Pay attention to the operation of the precision turntable bearing during use. If noise, impact, or sudden increase in power is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection, troubleshoot, and dismantle for inspection if necessary.

It is forbidden to directly flush the precision slewing bearing with water during use to prevent water from entering the raceway and to prevent hard foreign objects from approaching or entering the tooth meshing area.
